3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

As a drop shipping store, we rely on our suppliers to fulfill orders. Return addresses and policies may vary depending on the supplier. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.
